BHPS Labs
Terms of business
In force from
1. Provider
The service is provided by BHPS Labs s.r.o., Company ID 29574668, VAT ID CZ29574668, Klínová 620/1, Hulváky, 709 00 Ostrava, Czechia. Contact: hello@bhpslabs.com.
These terms apply to contracts with businesses. Consumer rights that arise from law are not affected.
2. The service
The service is an audit of an application in the scope agreed in the offer. An audit usually consists of:
- a walkthrough of the key flows as a real user would use the application,
- a technical inspection of architecture, data, performance and operational readiness,
- a search for security weaknesses, blind spots and brittle parts of the code,
- a final report with prioritised findings and concrete recommendations.
3. Enquiry and forming a contract
Sending the form or an email is an enquiry and binds neither side. A contract is formed when the client confirms in writing (an email is enough) an offer that states the scope, the date and the price.
4. Price and payment
The price follows the offer. The service is invoiced with a tax document that states its due date.
5. Cooperation and authorisation
The client provides access to the application and the materials needed for the agreed scope. We audit only systems the client is authorised to have examined; by confirming the offer the client declares that it is.
6. Confidentiality
We treat information about the application, how it runs, and the findings of the audit as confidential. We use it only for the purpose of the audit and do not disclose it to a third party without the client’s consent, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Nature of the result
An audit is an expert assessment of the application at the time of the inspection and within the agreed scope. It is not a guarantee that the application has no further defects or vulnerabilities, nor that it stays in good shape after later changes.
8. Liability
Liability for damage follows the law. Any limit on the extent of liability is agreed in the offer.
9. Personal data
How personal data is handled is described on the Personal data page.
10. Governing law
The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are settled by the court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in the Czech Republic. The version of these terms in force on the day the contract is made applies.
